Before & After: King Bio 2014 Website Redesign

The ultimate goal of this redesign was to build an ecosystem in which all customer and business levels can achieve their goals with ease and efficiency. The biggest challenge overcome was the merging of workflows of all parties involved.

Here’s a run down of what we achieved in a little over 6 months:

  • Monthly Gross Revenue (MGR):  When you compare 2012 and 2013 average MGR with the numbers for April – September 2014 (the first 6 full months that the new site was live), the average monthly sales were 97% higher (nearly double) the 2012 and 2013 numbers.  For example, if we were selling an average of $1,000 per month in 2012 / 2013, then our new average for April – Sept 2014 would have been $1,970.
  • Monthly Site Traffic:  Monthly site traffic increased as well.  In 2012 and 2013, site traffic was not only stagnant but sharply declining.  From April 2013 through December 2013, site traffic declined by 38.8%.  When we launched the new site in April 2014, not only did we stop that decline but we actually increased overall site traffic by 8% from the previous year.
